Silver Arrow Archery Novice Shoot
Date 11 September
Time Assembly 10 am
Round Western
Distances To suit
Location Silver Arrow Archery, Edlesborough, LU6 2ES
Designed specifically for “new” archers who may not have shot in any or many outdoor competitions.
This informal shoot is just for fun - prizes may be awarded - but not necessarily for the highest score!
It is ideal for anyone relatively new to archery or new to competitions outside the club environment. There is no need to be nervous, we are designing shoots to help build your confidence in an informal atmosphere. We can help you get your head round competition rules, etiquette and scoring - without any pressure.
We will be happy to advise on how to use your scores to gain Archery GB classifications if you want to know what level you are at with your archery.
Experienced archers are welcome too - but we may not award prizes to those who are competition regulars!
You must have completed a beginners course, but you do not need Archery GB membership.
