Service Description
Members please note: Please note: Detailed guidelines have been sent by the secretary to all members for rules related to shooting indoors. Please adhere to them fully so that you and the Club complies with Covid safe guidelines. In summary: A maximum of 6 Archers are allowed in the range at any one time. Spectators are not permitted unless there are less than 6 people in the range or if they are a parent / guardian of a junior member or an assistant for recovering arrows. If the spectator is not a member of the club or a parent / guardian of a junior member then they should wait outside in their car. You have not booked a specific target through this booking. Remember single person shooting with a maximum of 2 person per target in any session booked to maintain the necessary social distancing. You can book multiple consecutive sessions but please keep in mind that spending all day at the range may mean some members not getting to shoot. The committee will keep this under review and may cancel a session you have booked without notice if fair access is not being maintained. Remember to bring: your own target face and pins if possible hand sanitiser for use before and after each end Your face mask for entry and movement within the range (do not wear a mask to shoot).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel prior to the course ● 28 days or more : full refund or transfer onto another course ● 15 to 27 days : 50% refund or transfer to another course with an additional charge of £37.50 if we are unable to fill your place ● 14 days or less : no refund or transfer ● Non attendance or no prior notice No refund or transfer will be made for non-attendance or if no prior notice of cancellation is given A substitute who meets the criteria for the course can be named at any time before the course. On all courses the best effort will be made to find a substitute for your place and if this is possible a refund less an administration fee will be made or a transfer to a later course may be offered. FITNESS AND RISKS All participants must declare their fitness, existing injuries and/or any medical or other conditions. If you do not inform us in advance we may not have the staffing levels or facilities ready for you - so you may not be able to take part / shoot even if you have booked and paid. 1. In respect of persons 17 years and younger, a counter signature by the parent or guardian is mandatory and a parent or guardian must be present throughout the course. 2. All participants must confirm that: a) they will pay attention to the safety briefing at the start of the event regarding the risks involved; in the event that they miss the briefing it is their responsibility to discuss these issues with an instructor prior to starting the shooting / activity; and they must follow all instructions throughout the course. b) That they accept that these activities are dangerous and can result in death and/or injury and c) That they accept the risks involved and are responsible for their own actions and involvement. PHOTOGRAPHY We reserve the right to use photographs or video taken at this event in publicity and promotional materials - printed and online. A person who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to Silver Arrow in writing.
